Founder and Managing Director
Alison is an experienced business leader and has worked in a range of public, private and higher education service delivery settings over the past 30 years. Alison established No Place Like Home in response to the personal challenges that accompanied her father's dementia.
Rhona qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1982, and spent 15 years in this role followed by a 15 year career in the pharmaceutical industry. Rhona has been with No Place Like Home since it started. Rhona's role is to assure quality service delivery and manage risk, especially where personal care is required.
Chris has been with No Place Like Home since November 2015. Following a decade in banking, Chris joined the NHS working for a GP practice and then Adult Community Mental Health where she supervised a team of administrators. Her role at No Place Like Home is to ensure the smooth running of office administration and finances.
Personal Assistant Coordinator
As Personal Assistant Coordinator, Heather is responsible for planning our visit schedules and ensuring continuity during periods of holiday or staff sickness. Heather joined No Place Like Home after a varied career in hotel and business administration. Heather's family was affected by dementia and she also has previous experience of supporting Dementia Cognitive Stimulation Groups.
